Wet/Dry biological filtration provides the extremely stable environment required by more delicate organisms
Periodically check your aquarium heaters to ensure that there is no condensation or water accumulation within the heater tube. If there is condensation, replace your heater as soon as possible.

All CO2 systems are used to inject CO2 gas into the water, to stimulate plant growth or facilitate the disolving of calcium.

| The protein
skimmer removes excess proteins and organic waste products from the aquarium water. Some smaller organisms will also be trapped on the protein- coated surface of the air bubbles.
The UV sterilizer stops the spread of bacteria in an aquarium, and controls free- floating bacteria and algae in pond setups.
