The Boulder association is a group of about sixty attorneys who are dedicated to the effective and ethical defense within the legal and ethical bounds of the law, of people accused of crimes, or of people being investigated for suspected criminal activities. As you all now know, the U. S. Supreme Court did the right thing and put a stake through the heart of the Communications Decency Act. Ongoing and well deserved CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR OWN Phil Dubois for successfully ending the Federal Investigation of Phil Zimmermann, developer of PGP , Pretty Good Privacy. This victory for personal privacy is a victory for all of us as individuals, and a great example of why we defend people being investigated by the Government. The fight is far from over. On the encryption front, the government is considering the issue again. The effort to protect this basic right to privacy goes on at Crypto.com.

Although we practice mostly in Colorado, we use a VERY wide range of resources in our work.
